For this CNY, my whole family decided to travel in Cambodia because everyone is available during CNY period, need not to take leave purposely for travelling.
18/2 (Sunday)
We woke up at 4am to prepare ourselves as the driver sending us to airport would reach 5.30am and our flight is at 10am
The airport wefie!!!
My aunt was so excited because that was the first time she travelled without her children after 10 years haha..
12pm Cambodia time we reach the Siem Reap airport.
The airport immigration system there is freaking sucks!!!
We used 1 hour to come out from the airport!!!!
But somehow it didn't ruin our mood...
We got conned 6usd per sim card at the airport for unlimited surfing because I heard that SMART is the best telco services in Cambodia but tour guide said that it is not. T.T
And we bought 5 for 10 of us so is USD 30(RM 120)
Bad things happened again. The van's engine overheated and we had to waste some time to wait for a new one T.T.
I don't know whether is our tolerance improved or we were in a very good mood, we didn't really being annoyed by the situation and continued our journey.
We went to a restaurant called Khmer's which rated 4.4/5 in Trip advisor
BUT IT DOESN'T DESERVED EVEN 1/5 RATING FOR US! That was the worst meal I had in Cambodia and I don't even want to take photo to promote their shop
After the worst lunch, we went to Mekong river/lake which is known as floating village(USD 20 for ticket), but we couldn't even see the other side although it is a lake. And this village actually shows the poverty and non-civilized part of Cambodia.
The river is full of mud, but still more than 5000 people living on the lake
The little girls got more balls than me lol.
She came up our boat and took a snake to earn money by asking tourists to take photo with it
This is the floating market where you can buy some local stuff.
After that, our boat stops at the middle of the lake so that we could capture the best sunset view without disturbing by other tourists.
And yes, the view is quite breathtaking.
There is a floating school and church too!
At 7pm, we reached our hotel area to have dinner, which is pub street!
I think the restaurant name is called golden triangle.
The pork rib is only USD 2.50 and it is better than morgan field!!!!
Nice! 6.5/10
We ate about USD 65(RM 260) for 10 of us including the beer!

And that is how day 1 goes.
Day 2(19/2)
We woke up at 4 to see sun rise view in Angkor Wat.
We have to buy ticket before entering the temple tour
USD 35 for a day and USD 60 for 3 day pass.
As we only came here for 3 and half days, we only bought 1 day pass to visit the few famous temples only.
This is the amount of tourist at 6am
More than 10000 of people actually visiting Angkor Wat at the same time!

But unfortunately, when sunrise, there was cloud covering so we didn't witness the most beautiful view in Angkor Wat

You have to come here once in your life,
the stone building is so unique and spectacular!
The stairs are almost 90 degree slanting, Couldn't imagine how they walked up in that era.
At 8am, we can finally see the sun but it went too high
And the whole day schedule was all about temple visiting, exhausted trip ever in my life.

We went back to massage and have dinner at the same place
Massage only cost USD 5 for whole body, which is considered cheap for us
Day3-4
These two days were quite free because we only went for city tour.
But this day, we got conned into a tourist pace to have lunch, It costs us about 100 USD that meal, which is RM 400
But honestly, it is nice.
Couldn't take photo because we were too hungry
That's all for Siem Reap Trip.
We didn't have any special places to recommend for day 3 and 4
Basically we went to a war museum, Premium outlet which sold branded stuff, massage, pub street, and back to hotel.
One more thing
Went to Tanei Boutique Villa and that's my reviews on Trip Advisor.
I couldn't agree more that it is in a good location and serve the great breakfast
But, something THAT CANNOT BE IMPROVED IMMEDIATELY, EVEN THOUGH I TOLD YOU YOU COULDN'T MAKE ANY CHANGES TOO.
HOW ARE YOU GOING TO VANISH ALL THE MOSQUITOES
AND CHANGED A ROOM FOR ME WHEN YOUR HOTEL IS FULLY BOOKED
AND YOU PURPOSELY BOUGHT A BIGGER HAIR DRYER FOR US, 5 ROOMS?!!!!
IF YOU WANT TO IMPROVE, PLEASE IMPROVE WHEN YOU KNOW THE PROBLEMS BUT NOT AFTER MY COMPLAINTS
-10/10 FOR THIS HOTEL
